Trick or Treating 2008

Woah! This year was….slow to say the least. We live in a small community so door to door really isn’t a problem here. Unfortunately we also live in a developing neighborhood so the houses to trick or treat at are scarce. So for my preggo toosh it was a long, hard walk that only lasted about 2 blocks. Luckily, I have a great husband that took our son out for another hour after I gave up and the kids got a busload of candy! Eek..sugar rush!

Here’s tonights short slideshow of the trick or treating fun!

If you haven’t already be sure to check out the Post-Halloween Photo Contest going on at An Island Life until November 9th.

I love the bumblebee costume! so, I bet your conversation with your son went something like this:
You: Sweetie, what do you want to be for Halloween?
    Him: Something scary.
    You: Any specifics?
Him: Yeah, glow in the dark would be cool.
    You: okay… anything else?
Him: It would be way cool to have a matching treat bag. (I actually think mom picked out the treat bag, yes?)

Your kids are beautiful! Happy Halloween!
