Bum, butt, bottom, call it what you want, but my big girl's is in severe pain right now and I don't know how to help her. For starters, she has her mama's extremely sensitive skin. Every time she gets sick she ends up with the worst diaper rash, and I mean BAD. This week she got some kind of virus that had involved a high fever off and on and yes...diarrhea.
