we make a garlic ham… Just slice the ’skin’ and rub with garlic powder or minced garlic and cook as usual.

My favorite holiday dinner memory is when my grandfather was still alive. He would make his famous sausage stuffing! So yummy! I miss him so much!

My favorite holiday memory is the first year we moved to Ohio. I have 5 siblings and we were Army brats. This would be our first Christmas with our relatives here. Our Auntie Jack had all of the cousine, aunts, uncles, grandparents over to make candy. What fun.. we made Hard Tack in every flavor you can imagine, but the best part was we made Taffy oh what fun it was having that taffy pull then wrapping all of the different flavored pieces in wax paper. Great fun!
    Thanks for the chance

My favorite holiday dish to make every year is a cheese ball.. Its so easy and my entire family loves it. I use 2 blocks of Cream Cheese softened, I small jar of Hormel Dried Beef, and Green Onions… that’s it.. I cut the Dried Beef into little tiny pieces with scissors The Tops of Green Onions also cut with the scissors.. Then the fun begins take your hands and squish it all into the cheese ball. Form into a ball or a log and serve with your favorite crackers.
    Enjoy!

Like to make a classic pecan pie. That makes any meal special, I think. Of course, the company you keep is usually pretty important, too.

Whoops…I answered the second one first…my eyes are getting old.

Favorite memory was last year. There were no presents out Christmas Eve. Then after the kiddos went to bed, Santa brought out ALL of the gifts. You should have seen Izzy’s eyes on Christmas morning.

My favorite holiday dinner memory was eating Christmas Eve dinner at my godparents’ house as a child. They were Cuban and made a lot of yummy dishes like “congri” (black beans and white rice mixed in a delicious concoction).

I’m not much of a cook so there isn’t a holiday dish I serve up each year, other than maybe a Granny Smith apple pie.
