Our Day 8 of baby shower fun comes to you from Spa Time Baby! How many times have you gotten your baby in the tub just to realize you’ve forgotten the towel or soaked your shirt while drying baby? If you’re like me, then the answer is dozens. Read on to find out how Spa Time Baby has solved this problem!
About Spa Time Baby:
All good ideas and inventions sprout from necessity. Looking for a safe, convenient and cozy way to bathe and dry her baby daughter Grace, Debra took to putting her terrycloth bathrobe on backwards like a smock. One day she thought a terry cloth cape would be perfect for this task and began searching for one on the internet. After not finding one, Debra designed and invented the CozyCare Cape. She had lots of ideas for other CozyCare products, so she sought out her long time friend and co-worker-Leslie-who could take Spa Time Baby and the CozyCare ideas to the next level and create a successful business. Debra and Leslie are the directors and co-owners of SpaTime Baby LLC. The CozyCare Cape is patent pending.
Mom Approved:
Bath time is fun for our kids, but not so much for us most days. Getting our toddler out of tub usually leaves a puddle on my shirt, a puddle on the floor, and her chilly bum running through the house after she tosses her bath towel to the wind. This week, that all changed. I was prepared!
The SpaTimeBaby CozyCare Cape isn’t your traditional baby bath towel. Ever been to the salon and they wrap that black cape over your shoulders to keep the hair snips off your clothes? The CozyCare Cape works exactly like that! You just slip the cape over your clothes with no velcro or snaps to worry about, the neck hole is plenty big enough for even my husband to use. Although I think I’m going to have to buy him the blue one because I’m sure he won’t be caught dead in pink.

I don’t have a measuring tape on hand but I can tell you this towel apron is huge. I was able to easily bundle up my toddler daughter, so I can only imagine how warm and nestled in my baby girl will be when she finally makes her arrival. What I think really makes this bath towel special is that the outer layer is a soft cotton terry cloth, while the underside is completely waterproof. I actually managed to escape her bath time with dry clothes. It also makes all the difference to slip it on while you are hanging by the tub if you have a little splasher like I do.
Bundled into this little package was a CozyCare Cap and wash cloth. I just slipped the baby bath cap right over the top of her head to quickly dry up her curly locks. This was one of the first times we walked out of the bathroom and her little teeth weren’t chattering, I like to keep it pretty cool in the house.
