I boil mine in broth and then still add cream at the end when I mash them to get both of the flavors in there.

I love mashed potatoes and everyone says that adding chicken broth makes them even better but since I am such a fan of them, I have been afraid to do it because I will mess up a good thing.

That’s a good tip. Does it taste much different than milk? I usually put in some milk and a ton of butter… which is bad, I know. I usually buy cans of broth. How long can you keep the containers?
