Our Experience

Baby food is in abundance in our house with little Emmaleigh just turning 8 months old. Her appetite has hit an all time peak and we’re busy experimenting with different flavors and textures.

To say how we feel about Gerber baby foods simply…Emma loves them and we love them. Gerber is the one brand of baby food we’ve trusted for three children now with a little bit of homemade baby food in between. I feel good knowing the ingredients are healthy for my growing girl and she’s as happy as can be with the flavors.

The 8 grain and yogurt cereal on the other hand left us with a mix of emotions. On one hand, the packaging is very inconvenient. It comes in a sealed bag that is not only difficult to pour from but doesn’t have a resealable feature. This can be an issue when it comes to storage. On the other hand, the texture is a vast improvement over traditional rice or oatmeal cereals. The 8 grain and yogurt blend is a very fine powder that combines easily with water or breast milk without all of the clumps we usually experience with the alternatives.
