Klutz Draw Star Wars Giveaway

If I had a nickel for every time my son has said, “May the force be with you” I’d be richer than the original Star Wars artist. That’s how much my 8 year old loves it. For the kids (and adults) like him that have the Star Wars obsession, Klutz has created a new hands on book called Draw Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

From Klutz.com

starwarsbookDraw Star Wars: The Clone Wars is filled with tips, techniques, practice space, and translucent overlays to make you a master of drawing. Start with stick figures, move onto basic shapes, and finish up with the details. Use the included double-tipped metallic-colored pencils and black marker to make 20 Clone Wars characters come to life.

The process from start to finish is easy enough for even the most amateur of artists. Each character has step by step instructions to teach kids the basic shapes behind each Star Wars character and includes tracing pages to help guide them.

The best part is how kids always manage to take creativity to the next level. After sitting down and tracing some of the characters from the book, my son cut them all out to act out some battles between the characters. Take a peek inside the book and watch how easily the tracing process is done to create an assortment of Star Wars characters. And priced at $16.95 each, these are well within the budget for holidays and birthdays.

Included with each book

  • black marker
  • double-tipped metallic colored pencils
  • an always-sharp mechanical pencil
  • eraser
