Macy’s Come Together Giveaway (closed)

Let’s join Macy’s and help provide 10 million meals for Feeding America. Feeding America is the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity.  Their mission is to feed America’s hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger. Macy’s, Feeding America and well known celebrities including Martha Stuart, Donald Trump, Jessica Simpson and Tommy Hilfiger have come together to create an amazing hub where you can pick up tips and information to help!

There are 3 easy ways to participate!

HOST

Friends and families across the country can host dinner parties from casual to formal, send invitations and manage party details including themes and recipes on www.macys.com/cometogether. In lieu of bringing traditional host gifts, guests are suggested to make a donation to Feeding America.

GIVE

Donate $1 directly at any Macy’s register, one dollar provides dinner for seven.

SHOP

Macy’s customers can shop for the cause and get special savings in-store on October 17, when Macy’s hosts a national Shop For A Cause day. A portion of the $5 in-store ticket sales will benefit Feeding America.

Let’s focus on SHOP.

Shop for a Cause is being hosted at Macy’s on October 17th, 2009 for the national charity shopping day. You can support local food banks and Feeding America by enjoying a multitude of savings all day long while picking up a little something for yourself. Starting now you can purchase a $5 shopping pass at any Macy’s store. The proceeds from each pass will go directly to the charities and you’ll enjoy some fantastic savings while helping Feed America!
