Welcome to week 2 of MomFit Mondays! For those of you just joining in, you can read up on what this is all about in the Introduction to MomFit Mondays.
So let’s get started…
Today’s task: Now that you’ve made your goals, take time this week to make them happen! Create your blog entry for next week and save it in draft, fill it in each day with how you accomplished your goal for that day. If for some reason you didn’t make time for your goal, write down why. This will help you learn to made adjustments to your life to squeeze in that little bit of work-out time. During this week, find one way to incorporate your kids into your workout and share with us how you did.
Did I meet my goals this week?
I’m pretty ashamed to admit I did NOT work out as much as I wanted and needed to. The weather did not cooperate with my plans of getting outside and doing some walking. I did manage to squeeze in a few Wii Fit mornings of Yoga though. My lack of exercise showed up on the scale as you can see. I didn’t gain or lose a single pound.
Making this even worse, the weather is going to be just as bad with cool temperatures and plenty of rainy days. These means I really need to step it up and stop hitting the snooze button so I can fit in my Wii Fit workouts. My workouts this week were so terrible they weren’t even worth writing down.
Looking Ahead to Week 3:
Task for Week 3: Continue trying to reach your daily and weekly goals. This week, find, fix, and share one healthy recipe. It could be some healthy snacks, a dessert, or even a morning shake.
