		<description>I know you can do it... but don&#039;t give up everything all at once.  Make sure you allow yourself some snacks you love, just in small amounts.  I was able to lose 40 pounds a couple of years ago, but I did it by drinking lots of water, portion control, eating lots of fruit, and allowing myself the snacks I love by taking a small portion out of the bag: like 3 Oreos, instead of taking the bag of Oreos to the computer with me! :-)  I know exactly how that feels - I gotta have me them Double Stuff!!!  I have put back on about 15 pounds since my spine surgery, but that is because of lack of movement... but I am back up to walking a little more each day and eating more fruit again.  So I&#039;ll be losing with you... ONWARD WE GO!!!</description>
