There are times in life when I feel like our family is in the middle of a schoolyard game of Ring around the Rosey. Here we all are, holding hands, dancing in a circle singing along “ring around the rosies, pocket full of posies, ashes, ashes….” then whamo “we all fall down.” One child brings home a virus and spreads it hand to hand until everyone in the house is sick and down for the count.
It all started with my son last Friday. He came home wheezing something terrible, the next day he was coughing so hard I could swear I saw his lung go hurling across the room. A day later Kaydee began wheezing, then my husband, we’ve got so many lungs flying around I’ve become an air traffic controller directing them back to home base. Now I’m just sitting back waiting for my turn along with Emma.

I certainly hope that they all get to feeling better soon. Hopefully you and Emma don’t get it. When we Mom’s get sick there is no one to take care of us.
oh poor thing both the ones that are sick and you as their mother. Hope all get to feeling better soon. Nephew down here sounded pretty junky as well always worry about the little ones when they get sick
OH my that is so par for the course. Sometimes half the kids get lucky and they don’t get sick but that is rare

So far so good, Kaydee is still coughing pretty bad and she just rubbed her germs all over my bed hanging out with me tonight.
I hope you all get better soon. Sending good vibes your way. I just took my mom to the doctor and she said the Crud was going around. Luckily I missed it this time. Yeah! I sprayed Lysol on every door knob, light switch and handle of any kind in the house.
