I know it’s suppose to be wordless, but I couldn’t hold back…so here goes.
It’s one of those days…pity party time. Today I’m 33 weeks in, 7 to go. So how about a healthy dose of pregnancy reality for everyone?
I’m warning you, this picture that follows isn’t pretty. There’s no retouching, no airbrushing, not even a soft highlight to lessen the blow. This ladies is what 3 kids does to your body.

It all started with my second pregnancy. My first ended in a miscarriage at 26 weeks, just before stretch marks had their chance to settle in. I was pretty little (for me anyways), and my son was…NOT. That 9lb porker took a baby bump to a whole new level. He even went so far as to cause an abdominal muscle to tear because he caused so much stretching. I can’t give him all of the credit though, while he caused most of the damage, and Kaydence added a few more, this baby is getting seriously big! My belly button has turned into a turkey timer, the old stretch marks are turning purple, and expanding to my rib cage. Anyone wanna cry with me?

Every pregnancy belly is beautiful! I love the belly button. LOL! And thank you for sharing your story at the Mom Buzz.:HUGS:
Awww, I agree with Erin. It is beautiful
No worries. It’s all natural. I think there is nothing more beautiful than a pregnant woman, stretch marks and all. Happy WW!
There is nothing more beautiful than someone who is pregnant!! I am proud of my stretch marks.
Through every step of pregnancy I tried my best to remember just how blessed I was to be able to experience such a miracle. A baby is worth a few stretch marks! Kudos for having the courage to share!
WOW! And I thought I had it bad! HUGS I’ll cry with you.
Bless your heart!!! I got stretch marks with Graham.. is this what i have to look forward to? LOL!
I beleive pregnant women are beautiful! Your tummy is doing it’s job and that is wonderful. I have a lot of stretch marks too.
I love pregnant bellies!
Ya know, I don’t have many stretch marks on my belly but mine are on the sides of my hips and my poor belly button. (I guess My butt got bigger than my stomach?) lol
All the stretch marks in the world are worth it in the end!
honey, those are battle scars!! Wear them proudly.
trisha
I missed the stretch marks – 3 and none to show for it. But I did have the timer button. You’re almost there toots!
Soon you will only have eyes for your new baby and nothing else will matter! Congrats on #3.
I remember the turkey timer. You’d think it would only pop when you are done, right? LOL!
I think it’s beautiful. Not many scars are as worth it as pregnancy stretchmarks. Not too much longer!
it’s kinda cool looking
I’m on my first kid and already started to collect my baby memories. What a wonderful baby belly!
Don’t worry about it sweety! It’s so natural and you’ll always be beautiful! Remember nobody else can see your belly unless you show them…so they won’t know! I freaked with mine and cried and everything and I only had about 5 marks but thought it was the end of the world. I used to have such a pretty belly…not anymore! But the end result (the baby of course) is sooooooooooo worth every mark, scar and labboring scream! They’re such a wonderful gift!
Aww – it looks painful but well worth it!
