Healthier Resolutions
Many people, like myself, are starting off the new year with healthy goals of losing weight, getting toned and making better food choices. One way to do all of the the above is by choosing meal options that are low in calories and provide needed nutrients.
Progresso is helping start the new year off right by offering several soup options to fit your needs.
Progress Light – Each soup variety has 80 calories or less and is endorsed by Weight Watchers with point values of 1 and even 0.
Progresso High Fiber – Four soup varieties offers 28% of the recommended daily value of fiber per serving
Progresso Reduced Sodium – 7 varieties with less sodium like Chicken Noodle and Minestrone
Our family had the opportunity to try 15 different Progresso Soup varieties and honestly, they didn’t taste any different than the soups higher in calories that we regularly eat. My personal favorite was the 80 calorie Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast. One can contains two servings (80 calories each) and was the perfect size to share with my toddler daughter for lunch. She loved the large vegetable chunks (easy for picking out with fingers) as much as I did.
