I don’t know why but somehow I had never noticed how bold and long Emmaleigh’s eye lashes were until I caught this photo the other day. She must have got them from her daddy because mine are short and light brown. Oh, and evidently she didn’t have bottom lashes and they are just now growing in. LOL Clearly I need to spend more time looking at her little features rather than looking for boogers to pluck and wiping goo off her chubby little cheeks.

So beautiful – even without bottom lashes (they are coming)
So pretty. I never noticed my son’s lashes until we chopped all his hair off. It’s funny how distracted we get by other features.

Great lash shot. Our little red head has super long lashes that will be a pain in the butt if/when she gets glasses. They were a gift from her her daddy and grandmother.
I tried getting the hubby to use my eyelash curler to solve his eyelash/glass smudging problem but he refuses. May have to trim them for him in his sleep. : )

Wish I had long lashes like Emmaleigh’s even with mascara mine doesn’t look as long and thick as hers but my son has them. He also got them from his Daddy. They are triple thick and touch his eyebrows. He too was bald when born and his lashes were so long that every where we went people would stop me and comment on his lashes. Of course him being bald made them stick out like crazy. He has been told this for so long (now 17yrs old) that when someone says to him “you have the most beautiful eyes” (which is daily) he answers “I Know” lol not that he is conceited because he not, it’s just that he has heard it daily since the day he was born. I bet Emmaleigh’s will stay long and pretty and when she is all grown up she won’t even have to wear mascara. She is just adorable ~!
