Since it’s the weekend, a time to supposedly take it easy, I thought I’d share a few snapshots of my silly kitten, Oscar.
I’ve always been a cat person, but this little fella pushes my limits. I realize he’s still a kitten of course, not even a year old, but he makes me nuts. It doesn’t help that I haven’t had a chance to get him declawed yet, because he sure knows how to use them. Oh, and he’s a biter. Bad kitty!
Yesterday I found him snoozing in my hamper of socks…no he couldn’t bother to sleep in his little pet condo.
Then a few hours later he’s napping away on my bed all tangled up in Kaydee’s tutu.

I have a new kitten, she is now nine weeks old and I don’t know why we got her. We went to PetsMart one day to get fish. You know..those 12cent ones that last all of a week, but the kids want fish…but they keep dying. So anyways…we went to get goldfish (Hubs and I) and then we walked down by the kittens. And there she was sitting there with her brother and sister and they were so darn cute and OH she is a playful one. Look…hunny isnt she cute…and she rode home in the car with us after I filled out more paperwork for her adoption then I had to fill out for my pre-admission for the delivery of my baby in ten more weeks!!!
But now that she’s home. OMG she’s a terror, but she’s so darn cute… but once she’s four months…she will say goodbye to her little claws…because I can only allow her to climb up my pregnant swollen legs so many times before I am going to curl into a ball and cry at how horrible it is that my kitten is a terrorist
We had a cat named Oscar when I was growing up. He lived to be a very old cat and was part of the family.
