Small Talk Six – All I Want for Christmas

Today’s topic is “6 things on your wishlist this year.” You can answer this with a list of 6 words, 6 phrases, 6 sentences, 6 paragraphs, 6 photos, 6 videos, etc . . .

Christmas is one of those time’s in the year where I spend so much time worrying about what I’m going to get everyone else for presents, I forget to think of some things I’d love to have. Which of course leaves my husband out there shopping blindly and results in odd Christmas gifts like the polar bear pajamas or the toaster oven from last year. eek. Love the man but a toaster?

So thinking hard…a few things I’m putting on my list to Santa this year…

1. Nike ID custom running shoes – These things are sweeet. Since I’m getting back into jogging, I need some new shoes, badly. Mine are about 2 miles away from talking to me. The problem with shoes is I’m horribly picky about the colors and design. I’m loving the ID shoes though because you build them from scratch with colors and graphics. This would be my perfect shoe.

2. Singer Sewing Machine – The one and only sewing machine I’ve ever owned was a little cheapie Barbie one. I made my daughter’s first quilt with it and LOVED getting to work out some of my crafty needs with it. I have a lot of projects in mind that I’d love to try out.

3. Victoria Secret GC – I wouldn’t be opposed to hubby buying me one of these this year, I’m sure he wouldn’t either. I haven’t owned a “real” bra in over 2 years since I breastfed my daughter. It’s time I get out of the sports bra slump.

4. Coffee Mugs – Somehow, somewhere, someway these things just grow legs and walk off. I drink a lot of tea and coffee so it would be nice to actually have something to put it in.

I know this is Small Talk “Six” and all but four is all I can come up with. There are very few things I ever really want or need..other than a break from the kids once in awhile.
